Some say old bones are the best bones. The restoration of a beautiful old 1910’s Villa on Bond Street, Grey Lynn. Pearse Construction managed and executed the design and build process from concept to completion including, re-pilling, new kitchen and lounge extension, new internal layout of the existing villa, new timber bi-folding door and window replacement, re-roofing, new kitchen and bathrooms, complete rewire, new plumbing, internal and external finishing works, landscaping and compliance with the consent conditions.
